摘    要:目的]探明酸性预处理对小麦秸秆干式厌氧发酵影响的内在机理。方法]采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)等方法,对浓度1%硫酸预处理前后小麦秸秆中纤维结构的变化进行研究。结果]酸性预处理使小麦秸秆纤维内部结构及其表皮层化学结构发生明显的变化,使得纤维素从木质素的包裹中释放出来,厌氧微生物能够接触到更多的纤维素,并可以对秸秆进行更有效的利用。结论]纤维形态结构的变化是导致小麦秸秆干式厌氧消化产气量提高的内在原因。

Effects of Acid Pretreatment on Dry Anaerobic Fermentation of Biomass Straw

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to find out the internal cause of the wheat straw acid pretreatment on dry anaerobic fermentation gas production.Method] The various researches on the structure change of fibres after dealing with or without vitriol in wheat straw were based on FTIR,SEM,TGA and so on.Result] The change of fibres structure in wheat straw after dealing with vitriol was obvious.The anaerobic microbe could get to more cellulose and the use ratio of straw was improved after making the cellulose separate from lignin.Conclusion] The structure change of the fibres was the internal cause of the improvement of wheat straw dry anaerobic fermentation gas production.
