摘 要: | 通过试验确定了异氰酸酯胶芦苇碎料板的主要工艺参数。结果表明:14 mm厚芦苇碎料板的较优工艺参数为热压温度170℃、热压时间7 min、施胶量6%、粗料比例20%,板密度0.85 g/cm3。按照以上工艺条件压制的芦苇碎料板性能可以达到刨花板国家标准的要求。

Study on the Manufacturing Technology of Reed Flakeboard Bonded with MDI Resin |

Abstract: | Main technology parameters for manufacturing MDI-bonded reed flakeboard were confirmed through experiment.As shown by the results,the optimal technology parameters for 14mm thick reed flakeboard were 170 ℃ hot-pressing for 7 min,6% glue dose,20% of coarse particles,and 0.85 g/cm3 of board density.According to above parameters,the properties of the reed flakeboard met the quality requirements of national standards for particleboards. |
