摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度营养液对温室黄瓜根系整个生长周期的鲜、干质量影响,为温室作物合理施肥提供参考依据。方法]以袋装珍珠岩为营养液载体,营养液采用霍格兰(Hoagland)配方,设置营养液稀释倍数1∶200、1∶100、1∶50、1∶30共4个处理,研究不同处理对黄瓜光合特性和根系质量的影响。结果]营养液稀释倍数1∶50处理中黄瓜光合特性和根系鲜、干质量显著高于其他处理,而且该处理中黄瓜不受养分胁迫的影响。结论]营养液稀释倍数1∶50为温室黄瓜无土栽培的最优处理浓度。

Effects of Nutrient Solution Concentration on Photosynthesis Characteristics and Root Quality of Cucumber in Greenhouse

Abstract:Objective]The aim as to study the effects of different nutrient solution concn.on fresh and dry weight of cucumber root in the whole growth period in the greenhouse so as to provide the reference for reasonable fertilization for greenhouse crop.Method] With the bagged perlite as the carrier of nutrient solution which used the Hoagland formula.4 treatments for the diluting ratio of nutrient solution were set up as 1:200,1:100,1:50 and 1:30 to study the effects of different treatments on photosynthesis characteristics and root quality of cucumber.Result]The photosynthesis characteristics and fresh and dry weight of cucumber root in the treatment for the ratio diluting of nutrient solution of 1:50 was higher than other treatments and the cucumber in this treatment could not be affected by the nutrient stress.Conclusion]The diluting ratio of nutrient solution of 1:50 was the optimum treating concn.for the soilless culture of cucumber in the greenhouse.
