摘    要:目的]为烟嘧磺隆的使用及正确评价其在环境中的行为提供科学依据。方法]采用试验室培养方法,研究不同缓冲溶液和初始浓度对烟嘧磺隆水解的影响。结果]pH和初始浓度对烟嘧磺隆水解速率的影响很大。在中性条件下烟嘧磺隆的水解最快,在酸性条件下的水解次之,二者的水解半衰期均未超过10 d,在碱性条件下水解较慢,半衰期为20.5 d;当缓冲溶液pH为5时,随着初始浓度的增大,烟嘧磺隆的水解速率减慢,其水解半衰期分别为2.57、5.91、7.7 d。结论]烟嘧磺隆水解受酸碱性影响较大,不同初始浓度对烟嘧磺隆水解速率有差异。

Effects of pH and Initial Concentration on Hydrolysis of Nicosulfron

Abstract:For the sake of explicit the degradation regular pattern of nicosulfron in the water environment,the impact of different buffer aqua and initial density to the hydrolyze of nicosulfron in this experiment which is based on indoor cultivated method.The results show that hydrolysis rate was strongly affected by different buffer aqua and initial density.It was the fastest in the conditions of acidic and it was faster in the conditions of neutral,but the half-life were not more than 10 days,hydrolysis rate was slow in the condition of alkaline,the half-life was 20.5 days;Put the pH 5 buffer solution as medium,with the increasing concentration of nicosulfron,the hydrolysis rate was slow,the half-life was extended,the half-life was 2.57、5.91、7.7 days.
