三峡库区移民后续安稳致富问题研究——以重庆库区开县县内搬迁移民生产安置效果评价为例

结合重庆库区开县县内搬迁移民生产安置的入户调查数据,分析了目前三峡库区移民生产安置的可持续性。研究发现,库区淹没线上土地安置容量严重不足、工商业发展滞后及40多岁和50多岁外地务工的农民回流库区,对现有生产安置方式的可持续性形成了挑战。为此,要长久保持库区移民安稳致富,国家在三峡库区后续发展中应重点实施具体的产业移民政策和公共事业促进就业政策。

The Research on Late-stage Stable and Rich of Migrants in Three Gorges Reservoir Area
