摘    要:目的]采用培养皿发芽法,研究不同试剂对灯盏花种子萌芽的影响。方法]用GA3、CuSO4、NaOH分别处理灯盏花种子15min,并以清水处理为对照。结果]各种试剂对灯盏花种子萌芽均有明显的促进作用,其中赤霉素对灯盏花萌芽的促进效果最为显著,发芽势、发芽率均有明显提高。结论]在该试验中,1g/LGA3处理对促进灯盏花种子萌芽的效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective] The seeds of E. breviscapus were treated with different reagents at various concentrations with culture-utensil. Method] Seeds of E. breviscapus were treated with four concentration grads of GA3,CuSO4 and NaOH for 15 min. Clean water treatment was regarded as control. Result] The reagents promoted the germination of E. breviscapus,especially gibberellin had the best effect on the germination percentage and vigor.Conclusion] As far as germination, 1 g/L GA3 had the best effect to promote seeds to burgeon.
