| 摘 要： | 在阐述三维地价含义、思路、模型及空间插值方法的基础上,通过抚州土地交易的实际资料,在Mapgis软件上实现了三维地价的显示,并对显示的结果进行了分析和总结。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the drawbacks of the land valuation index,clarified the definition of digital land valuation,the thinking of how to build the digital land valuation,the model of digital land valuation.At last the author took the land transaction data in Fuzhou city as a instance and built the digital land valuation based on the Mapgis software. |
