褐藻海带多糖的微波辅助提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]探讨微波辅助提取法提取褐藻海带多糖的最佳工艺条件。方法]采用微波辅助提取法和索氏提取法从褐藻海带中提取多糖。在考察单因素影响的情况下,以微波功率、提取时间和料液比建立正交试验,并比较2种方法的提取效率和回收率。结果]微波辅助提取法提取海带多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶20(g/ml)、微波功率350W、提取时间2min。微波辅助提取法的提取效率和回收率优于索氏提取法。结论]与索氏提取法相比,微波辅助提取法缩短了提取时间、提高了褐藻海带多糖的提取率和回收率。

Process Conditions of Microwave-assisted Extraction of Polysaccharide from Brown Seawood Laminaria japonica Aresch

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the optimum conditions of polysaccharides from brown seawood Laminaria japonica Aresch by microwave-assisted extraction (MAE). Method] MAE and soxhlet extraction method were both used to extract Polysaccharide from brown seawood Laminaria japonica Aresch. In the case of studying the influence of single factor,an orthogonal test with microwave power,extraction time,solid to liquid ratio was established,and the extraction rate and recovery rate of the two methods were compared. Result] The optimum conditions of MAE for extracting polysaccharides are as follows:solid to liquid ratio 1:20(g/ml),microwave power 350 W,extraction time 2 min. The recovery and extraction rates of MAE were higher than those of Soxhlet extraction method. Conclusion] Compared with Soxhlet extraction method,the MAE method could not only shorten the extraction time greatly,but also increase the extraction rate and recovery rate.
