| 摘 要： | 以盐城市为例，探讨了江苏农村宅基地流转问题。结果表明，江苏农村宅基地的流转问题已受到人们高度关注，应进一步加强农村宅基地流转机制保障的研究，谨慎建立健康的农村宅基地流转市场，保护农民利益，促进城乡一体化发展。

| Abstract: | With Yancheng City as an example,rural house-based transition in Jiangsu Province was discussed.The results showed that people have paid much attention to the problem.The government should enhance the research of protecting rural house-based transition mechanism,build up a healthy market of rural house-based transition carefully,protect peasants' interests and promote urban-rural development. |
