摘    要:目的]探讨不同栽培基质对药用石斛根生长发育的影响。方法]以野生束花石斛为研究材料,采用5种栽培基质(树皮、锯末、碎石块、清水和营养液)对束花石斛进行栽培,观察不种栽培基质条件下根的内部组织构造的发育变化。结果]保水性能较差的碎石块中的束花石斛根的根被细胞层数多,高达7~8层,而其他基质的仅为3~4层。其外皮层、内皮层、皮层薄壁细胞以及维管束薄壁细胞的细胞壁较厚,且小而排列紧密,具备了保水性的结构特征,而水培的根组织构造却表现相反,说明不同栽培基质对束花石斛根内部组织构造的发育有一定的影响。结论]该研究为植物生长发育与栽培环境的相关性研究提供了解剖学依据。

Effects of Different Culture Substrates on the Tissue Structure of Dendrobium chrysanhum Wall Root

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the effect of different culture substrates on the growth of medicinal Dendrobium chrysanhum root.Method] With wild D.chrysanhum as research material,5 kinds of culture substrates of bark,sawdust,rubble,clean water and nutrient solution were used for D.chrysanhum culture and the growth changes of root internal tissue structure under different conditions of culture substrates were observed.Result] The layer number of velamen cell of D.chrysanhum root cultured in rubble with poor water-holding performance was more,being 7-8,while that in other substrates were only 3-4.The cell wall of exodermis,endodermis,cortex parenchyma cell and vascular parenchyma cell of D.chrysanhum root cultured in rubble were thicker,small and arrayed tightly,which had the structural characteristics of water-retention,but the root tissue structure cultured in water was opposite,which showed that different culture substrates had certain effect on the growth of D.chrysanhum root internal tissue structure.Conclusion] The research provided the anatomical basis for the study on the relativity between the plant growth and culture environment.
