| 摘 要： | 目的]研究NaGl对盐芥愈伤组织生长的影响。方法]选用盐芥山东生态型的种子，从幼苗诱导出愈伤组织，继代后转到含不同浓度NaCl的培养基上，研究NaCl对盐芥愈伤组织生长的影响。结果]随着NaCl浓度的增加，盐芥愈伤组织的生长减缓，鲜重干重增加量减小。结论]NaCl抑制盐芥愈伤组织的生长，并且抑制效果随NaCl浓度的增加而增加。
