烤烟部位──气候系统烘烤模式研究

摘    要:1991~1994年开展烟叶烘烤工艺研究,提出“烤烟部位──气候系统烘烤模式”。该模式设下部对组、中部对组和上部对组三个主模式,用于指导正常气候条件下烟叶烘烤。每个主模式配有两套应变方案,即两个辅模式,以适应多雨或干旱烟叶的烘烤需要。各子模式均按系统原理进行设计,对烘烤工艺流程实行目标管理和系统控制。该模式较好地解决了当前我国烟叶烘烤工艺设计存在的主要弊端。其特点:(1)抓主要矛盾,针对性强,(2)宽备窄用,应变灵活,(3)目标管理,系统控制。

Abstract:Studies on curing proceeding of flue--cured tobacco were carried out in 1991 - 1994 and the systematic curing pattern for leaves from various leaf positions and climatic conditions was established. This pattern consisted of three secondary patterns, which were respectively available for curing lugs,cutters and tips grown in nored climatic condition. In each secondary pattern there were two subsidiary sections to deal with the leaves grown in rainy and dry climatic conditions respectively. This pattern,including each secondary pattern, was designed on the basis of systematic principle to carry out target manegement and systematic control in curing proceeding.
