生物样品中铁、锰、锌,铜快速分光光度测定法的研究

摘    要:基于用HNO3-HClO4法消化样品、用2.2’-联吡啶法测定铁、用5-Br-PADAP法测定锰、用Zn(HD2)2一次萃取混色法测定锌、用CU(DDTC)2一次萃取法测定铜,建立了测定生物样品中铁、锰、铜的快速分光光度法。不计样品消化时间,一次测定一般2~3h即可完成。

Abstract:A rapid spectrophotometric method for determination of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in biological sample is proposed. Themethod is based on HNO3-HClO4 method for sample digestion, 2, 2'-dipyridyl method for Fe determination, 5-Br -PADAP method for Mn determination,Zn(HD2)2 mixed colour methed with once solvent extraction for Cu determination.Time required for a sample analysys is about 2-3hrs in general exclusive of the process of sample digestion.
