| 摘 要： | 基于用ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣｌＯ４法消化样品、用２．２’－联吡啶法测定铁、用５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ法测定锰、用Ｚｎ（ＨＤ２）２一次萃取混色法测定锌、用ＣＵ（ＤＤＴＣ）２一次萃取法测定铜，建立了测定生物样品中铁、锰、铜的快速分光光度法。不计样品消化时间，一次测定一般２～３ｈ即可完成。

| Abstract: | A rapid spectrophotometric method for determination of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in biological sample is proposed. Themethod is based on HNO3-HClO4 method for sample digestion, 2, 2'-dipyridyl method for Fe determination, 5-Br -PADAP method for Mn determination,Zn(HD2)2 mixed colour methed with once solvent extraction for Cu determination.Time required for a sample analysys is about 2-3hrs in general exclusive of the process of sample digestion. |
