| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨VEGF基因在不同繁殖力绵羊母羊妊娠期不同阶段的子宫内膜表达规律及差异。方法]以已妊娠的2.5岁的东北细毛羊和小尾寒羊为试验动物,利用手术法采集样品组织。通过提取检测样品组织总RNA,并对其进行PCR扩增、检测分析扩增产物研究了VEGF基因在妊娠期绵羊子宫内膜的表达规律及差异。结果]VEGFmRNA在绵羊各妊娠期的子宫内膜均有强烈表达,随着妊娠的持续,表达量逐渐升高,妊娠后期与妊娠前期相比子宫内膜VEGF基因的mRNA表达有明显差异（P〈0.05）。小尾寒羊在妊娠各期子宫内膜上VEGF基因的表达水平均高于东北细毛羊,但差异不显著（P〉0.05）。结论]该研究为阐明VEGF基因在绵羊妊娠发育过程中的作用机制提供了参考。
