| 摘 要： | 目的]明确茜草（Rubia cordifolia L．）乙醇提取物不同萃取部分的抑菌活性。方法]选择金黄色葡萄球菌、停乳链球菌、无乳链球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌和绿脓杆菌为代表菌种，用不同极性的溶剂对茜草根的乙醇提取物进行分步萃取，筛选出对奶牛乳房炎主要病原菌有较强抑制作用的萃取部分。结果]茜草提取物的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取部分具有抗菌活性。其中乙酸乙酯萃取部分对奶牛乳房炎5种病原菌的抑菌效果最强．氯仿与石油醚萃取部分作用相当，正丁醇萃取部分对6种病原菌不敏感。丙酮萃取部分无抑菌作用。
