黄河裸裂尻鱼消化道与肝胰脏淀粉酶的分布与特性研究

摘    要:目的]探究黄河裸裂尻鱼胃肠道及肝胰脏淀粉酶的分布与特性。方法]采用碘—淀粉比色法,测定黄河裸裂尻鱼胃、肠道、肝胰脏淀粉酶的活性及其最适反应pH和温度。结果]黄河裸裂尻鱼淀粉酶活性的大小依次为后肠、前肠、胃、中肠、肝胰脏;胃、肝胰脏、肠道淀粉酶最适pH分别为6.0、7.0、6.0,最适反应温度均为20.0℃。结论]黄河裸裂尻鱼整个消化道都对淀粉表现出较强的消化能力,尤其是后肠。与其他鱼类相比,黄河裸裂尻鱼淀粉酶最适反应温度偏低,这与黄河裸裂尻鱼所处的生态环境相适应。
