茶园土壤氟的生物有效性研究

摘    要:目的]评价茶园土壤氟的生物有效性。方法]利用我国典型茶区21个土壤样品进行茶苗盆栽试验,探讨表征茶叶氟吸收的主要形态。结果]不同土壤上生长的茶苗茶叶氟含量的差异叶较茎、主根和吸收根大。荼苗叶片氟含量和氟积累量随着土壤水溶性氟和稀盐浸提态氟含量的升高而显著增加。土壤全氟含量对茶苗各部分氟含量均没有显著影响。鲒论]土壤水溶性氟和稀盐可浸提态氟是表征土壤氟生物有效性的良好指标。
