氟与硒相互作用对绵羊生长及体内氟硒沉积的影响

摘    要:目的]通过饲养试验、消化代谢试验、屠宰试验研究氟硒相互作用对绵羊短期生长性能的影响及硒对氟在相关脏器及骨骼沉积的影响。方法]采用随机试验设计,在基础日粮精料中分别添加不同水平硒,在基础日粮粗料中分别添加不同水平氟,构成试验日粮进行试验,测其相关指标。结果]氟组硒促进高氟的代谢,使绵羊体重增加显著,高硒剂量对高氟的沉积起到了抑制作用,促进了氟从粪、尿中排泄。结论]适当剂量的氟、硒相互作用能够减少氟、硒在机体的沉积。
