| 摘 要： | 目的]研究冀北地区生态保护受偿意愿及补偿分担。方法]在调查冀北地区农户生态补偿受偿意愿的基础上,对农户的受偿意愿进行了量化,建立了生态补偿分担率计算模型,并以水资源供给量为基准计算了补偿分担率。结果]冀北地区农户的受偿意愿为2740.5元/（hm2·a）,2008年底冀北地区共完成退耕面积42.97万hm2,则生态补偿受偿意愿为11.78亿元/a;京津唐3市政府生态补偿分担率分别为37.60%、42.75%和19.64%,则应支付的生态补偿金分别为4.43、5.04和2.31亿元。结论]该研究为冀北地区生态补偿标准的制定和生态补偿实施提供了重要依据。
