| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的迅猛发展，围绕着可持续发展的主题，土地资源优化配置研究得到了快速的发展。该研究在对国内外土地资源优化配置研究全面回顾的基础上，系统概括了其研究历程与阶段，总结了其理论与模型研究的主要进展，提出了今后研究的发展趋势，以期促进土地资源优化配置研究的创新和深化。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of science and technology, around the theme of sustainable development, optimal allocation of land re- sources has been rapidly developed. Based on reviewing domestic and foreign related research of land resource optimization allocation, the study history and stage, the main research progress of the theory and model were summarized, the developmental trends of future research were discussed, which aimed to innovate and intensify the study on the optimal allocation of land resources. |
