| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨提取海南绿茶籽茶皂素的最佳工艺条件,分析茶籽油成分。方法]以海南绿茶籽为原料,采用加热回流法和微波辅助提取绿茶籽中的茶皂素,并将其提取结果进行比较。采用正交试验筛选最佳提取工艺条件,并用GC-MS对茶籽油成分进行分析。结果]正交试验表明,影响茶皂素提取率的因素依次为:温度>无水乙醇>辐射时间>微波功率;微波法提取海南绿茶籽茶皂素的最佳提取工艺条件为:绿茶籽质量与无水乙醇体积比为40∶300(g/ml)微波提取功率为600W,微波提取温度为50℃,提取时间为50min,在该条件下,茶皂素得率为47.89%。海南绿茶籽油经GC-MS分析鉴定出8种化合物,以酸类化合物为主。结论]与加热回流提取法相比,采用微波法缩短了提取茶皂素的时间,提高了茶皂素的得率。
