| 摘 要： | 目的]观察不同浓度的大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体小肠运动性能的影响,并探讨其药理作用机制。方法]采用离体器官法,利用RM6240B生物信号采集与处理系统,记录不同浓度的大黄水煎剂对离体肠道作用前后的张力值。结果]药液浓度为0.062和0.125g/ml的大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体肠道收缩表现出明显的增强作用;药液浓度为0.250和0.500g/ml的大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体肠道收缩表现出抑制作用,在用药浓度0.500g/ml前后差异极显著;随着大黄浓度的增大,其对乌鳢肠道运动的作用加强,而对收缩频率的影响不明显。结论]大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体肠道平滑肌的收缩活动有明显的效应。
