| 摘 要： | 目的]对大连樱桃土壤根际线虫的种类进行调查与鉴定.方法]在2011年6月至2013年6月,对大连市樱桃根际土壤线虫进行了广泛的调查和采样.结果]从所采集的80份樱桃根际土壤样品中根据测量数据和形态特征,共分离和鉴定出植物寄生线虫8属8个种,分别为畸形小环线虫（Criconemella informis）、突出针线虫（Paratylenchus projectus）、斯氏短体线虫（Pratylenchus scribneri、活泼平滑垫刃线虫（Psilenchus hilarulu）、大盾片盾线虫（Scutellonema megascutum）、拟盘旋属线虫（Pararotylenchus sp.）、燕麦真滑刃线虫（Aphelenchus avenae）、哈克滑刃线虫（Aphelenchoides haguei）,其中畸形小环线虫（Criconemella informis）、斯氏短体线虫（Pratylenchus scribneri）、活泼平滑垫刃线虫（Psilenchus hilarulu）、大盾片盾线虫（Scutellonema megascutum）、拟盘旋属线虫（Pararotylenchus sp.）、哈克滑刃线虫（Aphelenchoides haguei）为大樱桃上的新纪录种.结论]初步明确了大连地区樱桃根际线虫的种类.

| Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to study investigation and identification of plant-parasitic nematodes around cherry roots in Dalian. Method] A survey of the plant parasitic nematodes was carried out in Dalian from June,2011 to June,2013. Result] 80 samples were collected around the rhizosphere of cherry. 25 species were identificated, including CriconemeUa informis, Paratylenchus projectus, Pratylenchus scribneri,Psilenchus hilarulu,Scutellonema megascutum, Pararotylenchus sp. ,Aphelenchus avenae, Aphelenchoides haguei,and Criconemella informis, Pratylenchus scribneri, Psilenchus hilarulu, Scutellonema megascutum, Pararotylenchus sp. , Aphelenchoides haguei were revealed as new record category and species of cherry nemathelminth. Conclusion ] Plant-parasitic nematodes around cherry roots in Dalian was preliminary determined. |
