| 摘 要： | 选取农业部3个＂水稻科技入户示范县（市）＂,以从事水稻种植技术推广的基层农技员为研究对象,通过农技员及其对应指导农户的调查,深入分析基层农技员的推广行为。研究表明,推广单位性质、＂三权＂管理方式、推广组织内部管理机制以及农技员的学历、职称和职务等个人特征均对基层农技员入户到村的推广行为产生影响。

| Abstract: | Agricultural technique extension personnel at grass-roots dealt with extension of rice growing techniques in three 'Bring Rice Science and Technology to Farmers Demonstration Counties' were selected in this study,these technician and farmers they served were investigated for analysis of their behavior.The results showed that their behaviors were affected by characters and mechanism of the unit,three-property management pattern,their schooling degree,technical title,position,etc. |
