摘    要:目的]对吴茱萸的组织培养和快速繁育技术进行研究.方法]以吴茱萸的雌株嫩叶为外植体,研究不同的植物生长调节剂和浓度配比对其诱导、增殖和生根培养的影响.结果]最佳诱导培养基为MS+ 1.0 mg/L BA +0.3 mg/L NAA,诱导率可达74.4%,且幼苗正常,无玻璃化现象;最佳增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L BA +0.1 mg/L KT +0.3 mg/L NAA,增殖系数可达4.61;以1/2MS+ 2.0 mg/LNAA为生根培养基,生根率可达86%,平均生根数为5.4.结论]该研究建立了吴茱萸的快速繁殖体系,为其优良雌性系的工厂化苗木生产提供了技术支撑.

Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Tetradium ruticarpum

Abstract:Objective] The paper was to study the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Tetradium ruticarpum.Method] Using the tender leaf from female plant of Tetradium ruticarpum as explants,the effects of different plant growth regulator and concentration on the induction,proliferation,rooting culture were studied.Result] The appropriate adventitious bud inducing medium of Tetradium ruticarpum was MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.3 mg/L NAA,the inductivity was 74.4%,and the seedling was normal and had no vitrification phenomenon.The best medium for proliferation was MS+2.0 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L KT+0.3 mg/L NAA,the propagation coefficient was 4.61.The rooting rate could reach to 86% by using 1/2MS+2.0 mg/L NAA as rooting medium,the average rooting number was 5.4.Conclusion] This study established the Tetradium ruticarpum rapid propagation system,and provided technical support for the industrial seedling production of its excellent female line.
