| 摘 要： | 针对近几年蔬菜价格大幅波动的现象,结合实例,从蔬菜供应链的节点以及宏观经济政策的视角出发,剖析了蔬菜价格大幅波动的具体原因.最后分别从供需平衡、产业标准化、流通环节、市场秩序、政府机制等方面提出了稳定蔬菜价格的对策.

| Abstract: | Aiming at substantial fluctuations of vegetable price in recent years,the specific reasons were analyzed from the perspective of vegetable supply chain and macroeconomic policy.Several countermeasures for controlling the fluctuation were put forward from aspects of supply and demand balance,industry standardization,circulation,market order and government mechanism. |
