非洲菊秸秆产沼气潜力的试验研究

摘    要:目的]通过试验分析非洲菊秸秆的产沼气潜力.方法]以非洲菊秸秆为发酵原料,在恒温30℃下进行批量式沼气发酵试验,探讨非洲菊秸秆的产沼气潜力.结果]非洲菊秸秆发酵易出现酸化,酸化期达15 d;调pH的试验组TS、VS产气潜力分别为468、525 ml/g,明显高于未调pH的试验组,产气量更高,对有机物的利用率也更高.结论]该研究为非洲菊秸秆提供了新的资源化利用途径.

Experimental Study on Biogas Production Potential of Gerbera Straw

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to analyze the biogas production potential of gerbera straw through indoor experiments.Method] Using gerbera straw as raw material,a bath of fermentation experiments were carried out at 30 ℃ to discuss the biogas production potential of gerbera straw.Result] Fermented liquid become acidic easily in the fermentation of gerbera straw,and acidification lasted for 15 d.TS and VS potential of biogas production from gerbera straw in the group with pH adjustment reached 468 and 525 ml/g respectively after 40 days of anaerobic digestion,which were obviously higher than those of the group without pH adjustment,and the biogas yield and utilization rate of organic matter were also higher.Conclusion] The research could provide a new way to use gerbera straw as resource.
