铁冬青扦插繁殖技术研究

摘    要:目的]研究基质和生根剂对铁冬青扦插生根的影响以及生根过程中相关氧化酶活性的变化。方法]采用L16(44×23)正交设计进行田间扦插试验,每处理60株,重复2次,其中30株用于测定3个阶段酶活性,另外30株用于调查生根指标。结果]基质、生根剂浓度、处理时间以及浓度和时间的交互作用对铁冬青扦插生根率的影响均达到极显著水平,其中基质对铁冬青扦插生根率的影响最大,然后依次为生根剂浓度、浓度和时间交互作用、处理时间。各处理中以50 mg/L GGR+黄心土+1 h组合的生根率最高,达到95.00%;生根过程中POD和CAT酶活性从扦插初期到愈伤组织形成期,再到不定根形成期呈上升趋势。结论]采用当年生半木质化插条,以黄心土为基质,进行低浓度长时间生根剂处理能有效提高铁冬青扦插生根率。

Research on the Cutting Propagation Technique of Ilex rotunda

Abstract:Objective] The influence of substrates and rooting reagent on the cutting propagation of Ilex rotunda,and the change in the relevant oxides activity during its rooting were explored.Method] The oxides activity of 30 cutting plants in three stages was tested and the rooting index of other 30 cutting plants was investigated with the orthogonal experiment(L16)with 2 repetitions for each treatment.Results] The influence of the substrate,the rooting reagent,the treating time and the interaction between the treating concentration and time on the cutting rate of Ilex rotunda reached at the significantly different level,among which,the maximum efficiency was from the substrate component,and then,the order of treatment affecting it was the concentration of rooting reagent > the interaction between the treating concentration and time > the treating time.In all of treatments,the combination of 50 mg/L of GGR + yellow subsoil +1 hour could reach the highest rooting rate(95.00%).The increasing trend in the activity of POD and CAT in the period from the early cutting to the callus formation,and then,to the formation of adventitious roots.Conclusion] The rooting rate of the semi-lignified cuttage from one year-old Ilex rotunda,which was planted in the yellow subsoil as main substrate under the treatment with the low concentration of rooting reagent for longer time,was effectively improved.
