噻虫啉在土壤和稻谷中的残留研究

摘    要:目的]研究噻虫啉在土壤和稻谷中的残留情况。方法]通过田间试验和液相色谱分析技术研究480g/L噻虫林悬浮剂在水稻土壤中的消解动态及在稻谷上的最终残留量。结果]吉林、湖南和广东2年3地的田间试验结果表明,施药浓度为315g/hm^2时,噻虫啉在水稻土壤中半衰期为0.1~0.5d。在有效成分为315、210g/hm^2的剂量条件下,施药2~3次,测得稻壳最终残留量低于7.830mg/kg,糙米最终残留量低于0.1mg/kg。结论]综合多方面因素,按照推荐剂量210g/hm^2处理,建议我国噻虫啉在水稻上的MRL值暂定为0.1mg/kg,安全间隔期为7d,施药次数不超过2次。

Research on Thiacloprid Residue in Soil and Rice

Abstract:Objective]The purpose was to research the residual condition of thiacloprid in soil and rice. Method]The digestion dynamics of 480 g/L thiacloprid suspension in rice soil and its final residue in rice were researched through field experiment and applying liquid chromatography technique. Result]The results from field experiments in 3 locations of Jilin,Hunan and Guangdong in 2 years showed that when the application concn. was 315 g/hm2,the half-life of thiacloprid in rice soil was 0.1-0.5 d. Under the dosage conditions with effective components of 315 and 210 g/hm2,after application for 2-3 times,the final residues of thiacloprid in rice hull and husked rice were lower than 7.830 and 0.1 mg/kg resp. Conclusion]Take multiple factors into consideration,according to the treatment with recommended application dosage of 210 g/hm2,it was suggested that the MRL value of thiacloprid in rice should be ascertained as 0.1 mg/kg temporarily,its safe interval was 7 d and its application times were no more than twice.
