温度对山楂叶螨越冬代雌螨生殖及第一代发育的影响

摘    要:目的]深入研究越冬雌螨的生殖习性及其发育特点以提高预测预报的准确度。方法]利用叶碟法饲养越冬雌螨并观察生殖习性和发育过程。结果]越冬雌螨的产卵量不受温度的影响,随着温度的升高,成螨的寿命迅速缩短;产卵速率在不同温度下有显著差异,温度越高,产卵速率越快;当年第一代叶螨的发育速度随着温度的升高而加快,种群增长速度与温度之间有rm=0.012 4×T-0.113线性关系;在不同温度下,山楂叶螨的特定年龄生殖率差异显著。结论]早春季节的温度对雌螨的产卵量无明显影响,但可以影响其产卵速率及寿命温度的差异对第一代种群的性别比影响不大。山楂叶螨早春的生殖力与夏季种群差异显著。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the reproductive behavior and growth characters of overwintering females of Tetranychus viennensis so as to improve the accuracy of forecast.Method] Overwintering female of T.viennensis were reared by the method of leaf dish and its reproductive behavior and growth characters were observed.Result] The temperature showed no significant effect on the fecundity of overwintering females and the longevity of the adults was shortened with the rising temperature.The reproductive rate had significant difference at different temperatures and accelerated with the rising of temperature.The linear relationship between population increasing velocity and temperature was rm=0.012 4×T-0.113.The fecundity in age-specific of T.vienennsis had significant difference under different temperatures.Conclusion] The temperature in the early spring showed no significant effect on the fecundity of females,but it could affect the reproductive rate and longevity.The temperature had little effect on the sex ratio of the first generation.The reproduction of T.viennensis in early spring had significant difference with that in the summer population.
