摘    要:目的]通过检测不同季节不同年生野生和栽培东北红豆杉枝叶中紫杉醇的含量及干物质得率确定其最佳采收期,使其药用价值得到充分的利用,为仿生东北红豆杉实现工业化生产提供理论指导。方法]采用RP-HPLC法,TOSOH C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)流动相为乙腈-0.2 mol/L乙酸铵-冰醋酸(41∶59∶0.2),流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为25℃。结果]野生和仿生东北红豆杉中紫杉醇含量最高时期在4、5月份。结论]该方法用于紫杉醇的测定简单,快速,准确,可用于东北红豆杉枝叶中紫杉醇的含量测定。

Analysis on the Content of Taxol in Different Collection Season of Taxus cuspidata Branches and Leaves
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the content of taxol from Taxus cuspidata branches and leaves in different collection season to confirm the best collection period,and provide the theoretical direction for realizing the industrialization production of artificial cultivate Taxus cuspidata.Method] The separation was performed by RP-HPLC,TOSOH C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),eluted with acetonitrile,0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate and glacial acetic acid(41∶59∶0.2) as mobile phase with the rate of 1.0 ml/min at 25 ℃,the wavelength for measurement was 230 nm.Result] The highest content period of wild and bionic Taxus cuspidata was in Four and May.Conclusion] This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and it can be used to determine taxol in Taxus cuspidata.
