摘 要: | 目的]揭示四川桤木光合生理生态特性。方法]采用LI-6400便携式光合仪进行光合测定。结果]四川桤木净光合速率日变化在4、11月呈单峰曲线,6、7、8、9、10月呈双峰曲线,最大净光合速率出现在6月,为18.56μmolCO2/m2.s;气孔导度的日变化在4、7、8、9、11月呈双峰曲线,6月呈单峰曲线,10月呈一定的波动;胞间CO2浓度的日变化趋势为早晚高午间低;水分利用效率的变化分为3个阶段,各阶段变化趋势不同;蒸腾速率的日变化规律与净光合速率的日变化规律相似。结论]四川桤木净光合速率的主要影响因子在不同时期不尽相同,但主要影响因子有气孔导度Cond,蒸腾速率Trmmol,胞间CO浓度Ci,有效光合辐射PARi。

Abstract: | Objective]The aim was to reveal photosynthetic eco-physiological characteristics of Alnus cremastogyne.Method] LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to determine net photosynthetic rate.Result] Diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate of Alnus cremastogyne showed one peak in April and November and two peaks in June,July,September,August and October.Maximum net photosynthetic rate was in June,which was 18.56 μmol CO2/m2·s.Diurnal variation curves of stomatal conductance showed two peaks in April,July,August,September,November,and one peak in June,October showed a certain degree of volatility.Changes in water use efficiency was divided into three phases,each phase showed the different trends.Daily variation of transpiration rate was similar to the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate.Conclusion] Major factors that decided the net photosynthetic rate of Alnus cremastogyne varied with periods,but the major impacting factors were stomatal conductance(Cond),transpiration rate(Trmmol),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),effective light radiation(PARi),etc. |
