| 摘 要： | 秦巴山区中药材服务系统以DELPHI、VB、SQL、Mapobject为基础开发工具，依托气象信息网络，建立陕南中药材气象信息服务业务系统。系统是集主栽中药材区划、关键生育期适宜气象条件及主要气象灾害、中药材气候生态监测、实时气候资源动态监测和高产栽培措施为一体的管理、查询、分析和预警系统，以为陕南中药材从生产基地的选择到关键生育期气象服务、气象灾害预警和农业生产技术指导提供全方位系列服务。
