南江黄羊4个微卫星位点遗传多态性研究

摘    要:南江黄羊是我国育成的第一个肉用山羊品种,肉用性能好且具有较高的繁殖力,平均产羔率为205%。利用与绵羊高繁殖性状主效基因FecB连锁的4个微卫星标记穴OarAE101熏BM1329、BMS143、和OarHH35雪对100只南江黄羊母羊进行了遗传研究,计算了4个微卫星位点的等位基因频率、多态信息含量、有效等位基因数和杂合度。检测到OarAE101和BM1329有7个等位基因,BMS143有6个等位基因,OarHH35有4个等位基因。4个位点上的平均杂合度为0.9775,平均多态信息含量为0.9436,平均有效等位基因数为4.7955,这些数据可为南江黄羊的种质资源评定和新品系培育提供依据。

Abstract:Nanjiang Meat Goat is a new meat goat bred in China.It had significant characteristics of high prolificacy and good- qualtity meat.Its lambing percentage was at average of 205 %.The polymorphisms of 4 microsatellite loci OarAE101,BM1329329,BMS143 and OarHH55 that were closely linked with the fecundity genes FecB in Sheep were researched in 100 ewes of Nanjiang Meat Goat.Allele frequency,polymorphism information content, effective allele number,heterozygosity of 4 microsatellite loci were calculated .The number of alleles for OarAE101,BM1329 and BMS143,OarHH55 were 7,7,6 and 4 in Nanjiang Meat Goat , respectively. The average of polymorphism information content, effective allele number and heterozygosity for OarAE101,BM1329329,BMS143 and OarHH55 were 0.943 6 ,4.795 5 and 0.977 5,respectively.The results could provide basic molecular data for the research on the genetic resource and new strain breeding of Nanjiang Meat Goat.
