摘    要:用ASI浸提剂和pH值8.50、.5 mol/L NaHCO3溶液提取并用比色法快速测定紫色土中的腐殖酸,将其结果与0.1 mol/L Na4P2O7-0.1 mol/L NaOH提取腐殖酸比较,结果表明:对于南方紫色土壤,ASI、NaHCO3提取腐殖酸结果较碱性Na4P2O7提取腐殖酸结果偏低,约为Na4P2O7提取结果的22.4%、9.2%,但相关系数分别为0.9760、.914(n=8),呈极显著相关关系;与常规方法测得有机质结果比较,得到相关系数为0.920、0.889(n=8)的极显著关系。因此,两种方法均可较好地反映土壤腐殖酸含量。

Abstract:This text uses the colorimetry to determine humic acid in purple soil extracted by ASI and pH 8.5,0.5 mol/L NaHCO3,comparing the results with humic acid extracted by 0.1 mol/l Na4P2O7-0.1 mol/l NaOH.It shows the correlation coefficients of humic acid are 0.976 and 0.914(n=8),and they are best correlative.Synchronously;humic acid extracted by ASI and NaHCO3 apartly are 22.4%and 9.16% of humic acid extracted by Na4P2O7.Comparing the results with organic matter extracted by conventional method,it can be found out R=0.920、0.889(n=8).Thus two methods can both reflect humic acid level in purple soil.
