北京野鸭湖湿地植物叶功能性状研究

摘    要:对北京野鸭湖湿地的草本植物的叶含氮量、比叶面积、叶厚度、叶体积、叶干物质含量和叶组织密度进行了测量和相关性分析。结果表明,湿地植物叶功能性状之间存在相关性,并且可以分为2类和1个单独的性状,一类包括鲜重、干重、叶面积、叶厚度和叶体积;另一类包括比叶面积、叶组织密度和干物质含量;一个单独的性状是叶含氮量。利用层次聚类分析法,根据功能性状的不同可以将湿地植物分为4种不同的功能群组。比叶面积和叶干物质含量可以结合起来作为湿地植物功能群组划分的依据。

Abstract:Correlation analysis and measuration of the leaf traits of herbaceous plant in Beijing Yeyahu Wetland were carried out such as leaf nitrogen concentration,specific leaf area,leaf thickness,leaf volume,leaf dry matter content and leaf density.Result showed that there was correlation between leaf functional traits of wetland plant,and it could be classified into two groups and an isolated trait: the first group included dry weight,fresh weight,leaf area,thickness and volume;the second correlation group included specific leaf area,leaf dry matter content and leaf density;and the isolated trait was leaf nitrogen content.These herbaceous species could be clustered into four functional groups according to the functional traits by hierarchical cluster method.The specific leaf area and the leaf dry matter content could be combined together as the reference for the functional group classification of wetland plants.
