赤霉素处理对红地球葡萄树体及产量的影响研究

目的]研究不同浓度赤霉素处理对红地球葡萄树体及产量的影响。方法]以3年生红地球葡萄为试验材料，分别采用2个赤霉素浓度（10、20mg／kg）对红地球葡萄全树进行喷洒，以清水处理作对照，测量红地球葡萄的粒径、单果重等形态学指标和葡萄可溶性固形物含量，研究不同浓度赤霉素处理对红地球葡萄树体及产量的影响。结果]用20mg／kg赤霉素浓度处理的红地球葡萄树体较对照生长旺盛；用10mg／kg赤霉素浓度处理的红地球葡萄树体的单株产量、叶面积、粒重和粒径均较对照差异显著，分别比对照增加18．92％、13．08％、24．51％和9．44％。结论]红地球葡萄树体的单株产量与结果枝，叶面积与营养枝、枝条总数、茎粗均呈正相关，营养枝与主茎粗、节间距呈负相关；红地球葡萄可溶性固形物含量随赤霉素处理浓度的增大而降低。

Study on the Effect of GA Treament on the Tree Body and Yield of Red Globe Grape

Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of GA with different concn.on the tree body of the Red Globe grape and yield.Method] With 3-year-old Red Globe grapes as tested materials,the entire tree was sprayed with 2 concn.of GA(10、20 mg/kg) and water as control.The morphological indicators of Red Globe grape such as grape size,weight and soluble solids content of grapes were measured in order to study the effect of GA with different concn.on the tree body of the Red Globe grape and yield.Result] Red Globe grape tree kept vigorous growth than the control with 20 mg/kg GA treatment;the yield per plant,leaf area,fruit weight and diameter of Red Globe grape were significant differences than the control treated with 10 mg/kg GA,comparing with control,increased by 18.92%,13.08%,24.51% and 9.44%,resp..Conclusion] The yield per plant of Red Globe grape was positive correlation with fruit branches.It was positive correlation between leaf area and the nutritional branches,total branches as well as stem diameter.The nutritional branches were negative correlation with the main stem diameter and internode;the soluble solids content of Red Globe Grape was lower increasing with concn.of GA.
