摘    要:目的]为建立合理的植物间套作机制、杂草的生物防治及研制新型植物源除草剂提供科学依据。方法]通过测定胡椒叶水浸液对绿豆、萝卜、柱花草和刺苋种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,对胡椒的化感作用及其机理进行研究。结果]胡椒叶水浸液对萝卜、柱花草和刺苋的种子萌发表现出不同程度的抑制作用,且随着水浸液浓度的增加,抑制效应增大,达到0.05g/ml时,抑制作用最强;对不同受体植物幼苗生长的影响表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的双重效应。萝卜体内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着水浸液浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量增大。结论]该研究为胡椒化感作用的开发和利用提供了科学的理论依据。

Preliminary Study on the Allelopathy of Piper nigrum L.

Abstract:Objective] The scientific basis for the establishment of reasonable crop inter-planting,the efficient bio-control of weeds and the preparation of new type of herbicides was provided through the experiment.Method] The allelopathy and its mechanism of Phaseolus radiatus L.was researched through the effecttesting of the aqueous extract from Piper nigrum L.leaf on the seed germination and seedling growth of Phaseolus radiatus L.,Raphanus sativus L.,Stylosanthes guianensis and Amaranthus spinous.Result] The results showed that the aqueous extract inhibited seed germination of Raphanus sativus L.,Stylosanthes guianensis and Amaranthus spinous,and this inhibited effect became strong as the concentration of the aqueous extract was increased.With the concentration-increasing of the aqueous extract,the inhibited effect was gradually raised and its strongest inhibited effect was at the concentration of 0.05 g/ml.The treatment of low concentration of the aqueous extract could promote the seedling growth of different crops,but there was inhibited effect on seedling growth under the high concentration treatment.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroidase(POD) of Raphanus sativus L.was firstly increased and then decreased with the concentration-increasing of the aqueous extract and the content of malondiadehyde(MDA) was geting higher.Conclusion] The scientific basis for the development and utilization of Phaseolus radiatus L.allelopathy was provided.
