黔西南州烟叶感官质量评价

摘    要:目的]为黔西南州特色烟叶的开发及烟叶质量的正确评价提供理论依据。方法]以黔西南兴义市、安龙县、晴隆县、贞丰县、普安县、兴仁县共同种植的烟叶品种K326的C3F和C3L等级烟叶为材料,对其香气质、香气量、杂气量、刺激性、口感、余味、燃烧性、灰色、评吸总分进行考察,比较6个地区烟叶质量的差异。结果]6县(市)烟叶香气质、香气量、杂气量、刺激性、口感、余味、燃烧性、灰色、感官总体得分分别为6.91~7.23、6.76~7.03、6.51~6.77、6.54~6.89、6.54~6.89、6.57~6.69、7.34~7.61、6.47~6.96、75.86~77.94。安龙县、兴义市烟叶香气质得分较高,分别为7.23、7.36;兴仁县烟叶香气量较充足;兴义市、贞丰县烟叶杂气量较少;普安县烟叶余味最好。结论]6县(市)烟叶感官质量无明显差异,烟叶风格基本一致,均为清香型。
