摘    要:目的]了解大瑶山自然保护区的鱼类多样性组成。方法]2008年7月~2009年9月对大瑶山自然保护区进行鱼类资源调查。结果]大瑶山有鱼类37种,隶属4目13科31属,鲤科鱼类是最大类群。优势种为瑶山鲤、横纹南鳅和溪吻鰕虎鱼。鱼类群落以山区溪流性小型鱼类为主,Margalef物种丰富度为圣堂山〉罗香〉朴全〉香炉山〉林海山庄;Shannon-Wiener指数为圣堂山〉罗香〉朴全〉林海山庄〉香炉山;Simpson指数为圣堂山〉朴全〉林海山庄〉罗香〉香炉山;Gini指数为香炉山〉罗香〉朴全〉林海山庄〉圣堂山。结论]为保护区的生物多样性保护提供基础资料。

Study on Fish Investigation and Diversity Analysis in Dayaoshan State Natural Reserve of Guangxi, China

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to investigate fish diversity in Dayaoshan State Natural Reserve of Guangxi,China. Method]The fish fauna in Dayaoshan Nature Reserve of Guangxi Province was surveyed from July 2008 to September 2009. Result] A total of 37 species belonging to 31 genera in 13 families and 4 orders were identified. Most of them were found in brooks. And Cyprinids was the main component of this fish fauna. The dominant species were yaoshanicus arcus,striped loach and brook anout tiger fish. The small fish was the main in the fish community. The species richness was highest in Shengtangshan,then in Luoxiang,Puquan,Xianglushan and lowest in Linhaishanzhuang.The ordination pattern of Shannon-wiener index was Shengtangshan>Luoxiang>Puquan>Linhaishanzhuang>Xianglushan; Simpson index were Shengtangshan>Puquan>Linhaishanzhuang>Luoxiang>Xianglushan; The indices of species evenness Gini were Xianglushan>Luoxiang>Puquan>Linhaishanzhuang>Shengtangshan. Conclusion] The study provided basic date for biodiversity conservation.
