| 摘 要： | 目的]研究外源蛋白定位马铃薯淀粉粒表达载体的构建，为解决从植物中分离外源蛋白成本高及表达量低的产业化核心问题提供参考。方法]利用RT-PCR、巢式PCR等分子生物学技术，构建使外源蛋白定位表达于马铃著淀粉粒的植物表达载体。结果]克隆获得GBSSI定位表达于马铃薯淀粉粒的编码序列（GC20）；通过连接、转化和酶切鉴定筛选出马铃薯块茎专一性启动予GBSSI启动子驱动GC20的植物表达载体。结论]该研究结果为进一步在马铃薯淀粉粒上筛选外源蛋白奠定了基础。
