户用型生物质气化炉试验装置研究

摘    要:通过对户用型气化炉炉体结构的改进,重点研究了炉内温度、物料颗粒、空气流量等影响因素与气化炉性能指标的关系,得出了影响气化炉性能指标的主次因素和各因素的显著性水平。各参数的最优组合为炉内温度900℃,物料颗粒10mm,空气流量0.8m3/min。该研究对户用型生物质气化炉的设计具有实际指导意义,同时为今后气化炉的研制提供理论依据和科学指导。

Abstract:Through improving structure of household gasifier,the relationship between its performance and factors such as furnace temperature,material granules and air flow was explored.The main and secondary factors affecting the performance of gasifier were listed,and their significant levels were also checked.The optimal combination is as following:furnace temperature,900 ℃;material granules,10 mm;and air flow,0.8 m3/min.The results may guide the design of household biomass gasifier and provide theoretical basis and guidance for the future development of gasifier.
