摘    要:在分析室外模拟沿海滩涂环境下生长的狐米草各株系生物量、光合能力和营养成分的基础上,模拟干旱高盐环境处理狐米草各株系,检测干旱胁迫相关的生理指标.结果显示:干旱胁迫后,狐米草各株系的叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶系活性和MDA含量等在各株系间均有一定差别;其中N7、N8和N10株系的叶绿素含量高于干旱胁迫前,且高于对照株系,SOD、POD和CAT等抗氧化酶活性较高,MDA含量较低,显示这3个株系适应干旱逆境胁迫的能力较强;N3、N4和N5等株系抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量较对照株系高,但叶绿素含量较干旱前低,显示其抗干旱胁迫能力相对较弱.综合生物量、光合能力和营养成分的结果分析,适合东部沿海滩涂生长的是N5和N3株系.

Abstract:In order to screen the pasture with the drought and saline resistance,10 strains of Spartin patens mutated with low energy heavy ion were grown in pots simulating dry and saline conditions and some physiological indexes correlating with resisting abilities were assayed.The results showed that: after being treated with drought,the chlorophyll content,antioxidant activity and MDA content of 10 mutated strains were different;the chlorophyll content of N7,N8 and N10 strains after drought were higher than those before drought,their SOD,POD and CAT activity was high and MDA content was low compared with other strains;antioxidant enzymes' activity and MDA content of N3,N4 and N5 strains were relative high among 10 mutated strains and their chlorophyll content after drought was lower than those before drought.The results showed that N7,N8 and N10 strains had relative high drought-resisting ability,while N3,N4 and N5 strains had relative low drought-resisting ability.Based on the results of biomass,photosynthetic ability,nutrition content and drought-resisting ability,it could be found that among these 10 strains,N5 and N3 strains were the most suitable strains grown as pastures in seashores of the eastern China.
