| 摘 要： | 目的]建立切实可行的微生物沤麻新工艺。方法]以黑龙江省6个亚麻种植基地推广的亚麻品种为材料,采用实验室内沤麻技术,研究沤麻过程中微生物的动态变化规律并选出优势菌种。结果]各地区沤麻液中微生物总数趋于一致,并在48 h达到峰值。结论]经鉴定,芽孢杆菌属为优势菌属。

| Abstract: | Objective] To establish applicable microbial flax retting technique.Method] Cultivars from six flax cultivation bases were collected to study the microbial dynamic changing pattern and screen the dominant bacteria.Result] The quantity of the microbe was generally the same,reaching the peak within 48 h.Conclusion] The Bacillus is identified to be the dominant bacterium. |
