摘 要: | 目的]为评价沼肥利用的安全性以及深入研究沼肥的安全使用提供参考依据。方法]采用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定沼液中的铅含量。结果]沼液中铅含量为0.029 4 mg/L。该方法的检出限为0.169 6μg/L,加标回收率为97.8%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%。结论]该检测方法具有灵敏度高、精密度好、检出限低、结果准确的优点,适用于实验室测量沼液中铅含量。

Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to provide the basis for the evaluation of the safety of biogas manure usage and the research into its secure use.Method] The content of lead in biogas slurry was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Result] The content of lead was 0.029 4 mg/L,the detection limit was 0.169 6 μg/L,the recovery range was 97.8%-101.0% and RSD was 2.1%.Conclusion] The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,good precision,low detection limit,and accurate results for laboratory measurement of lead content in the biogas slurry. |
