| 摘 要： | 分析了植物组织培养技术与应用课程教学过程中存在的问题,提出了调整理论教学体系,加强实践环节,灵活运用多种有效的教学方法和手段,完善考核方法等改革措施,加强了学生动手能力的培养,有效地提高了教学效果。

| Abstract: | Problems in the present teaching practice of Plant Tissue Culture Technology and Application were analyzed,and then some reform measures,such as adjusting teaching system,strengthening the practice,adopting various effective teaching methods,improving the assessment system,etc.,were proposed,which effectively improved both the practical ability of our students and the teaching effectiveness. |
