喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部的化学成分。方法]采用正相、Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC等色谱方法进行分离,通过UV、IR、ESI-MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR等波谱手段进行鉴定。结果]从喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部共得到7个化合物:Balanoinvolin(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、Boeravinone D(Ⅳ)、氯苯(Ⅴ)、Boeravinone B(Ⅵ)和天师酸(Ⅶ);化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ均为首次从喜马拉雅紫茉莉中分离到。结论]该方法为进一步研究藏药材喜马拉雅紫茉莉的药理作用、开发利用西藏特有药用植物资源和开发藏药提供了坚实基础。

Study on the Chemical Constituents of Mirabilis himalaica Roots

Abstract:Objective] To study the chemical constituents of Mirabilis himalaica roots.Method] The chemical constituents were isolated from the roots of M.himalaica by repeated silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods,such as UV,IR,ESI-MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.Result] A total of seven compounds including balanoinvolin(I),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),daucosterol(Ⅲ),boeravinone D(Ⅳ),chlorobenzene(Ⅴ),boeravinone B(Ⅵ),9,12,13-trihydroxy-10(E)-octadecenoic acid(Ⅶ) were isolated from M.himalaica roots.Of these,compoundsⅠ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time.Conclusion] This method provides solid foundation for further study on pharmacological effects of M.himalaica,for development and utilization of endemic medicinal plants in Tibet,and for development of traditional Tibetan medicines.
