摘    要:选择河北省白洋淀自然保护区的水生植被为研究对象,使用ASD地物光谱仪测定白洋淀水生植物群落的优势物种芦苇(Phrag-mites australis)、香蒲(Typha angustifolia)、莲(Nelumbo nucifera)和篦齿眼子菜(Potamogeton pectinatus)4类群落典型植物冠层反射光谱,并计算生成400~900 nm的反射率曲线,采用曼.惠特尼U检验方法和ANOVA分析进行判别不同物种可区分的波段和差异性的显著程度。曼-惠特尼U检验发现,760~900 nm范围内4种植物均有一个很强的吸收峰,且各自的不尽相同,成为区别他们的主要标志之一;在可见光区,莲在520~585 nm反映出与其他物种有差异,芦苇在520~571 nm处反映出与其他植物不同的光谱特征,香蒲则在450nm处有所差异。方差分析发现,篦齿眼子菜与其他物种的差异性较大,使其较易区分。这些可区分的光谱特征为遥感影像判读和用于植被制图的影像分类提供了一定的基础,可以提高对水生植物群落解译和分类的精度。

Identification of the Spectral Characteristics of Dominant Aquatic Plants

Abstract:With the aquatic plants in Baiyangdian Nature Reserve of Hebei Province as the study objects,the canopy reflectance spectra of four communities,such as Phragmites australis,Typha angustifolia,Nelumbo nucifera and Potamogeton pectinatus,were determined with ADS geophysics spectrometer,a 400-900 nm reflectance curve was generated,the Mann-Whitney U test method and ANOVA analysis were used to judge the distinguished bands and significant difference of different species.As indicated by the Mann-Whitney U test,all the four species had strong but different absorption peaks within the range of 760-900 nm,which was one of the marks to distinguish them.In the visible region,Nelumbo nucifera was different from other species within the range of 520-585 nm,Phragmites australis showed different spectral characteristics from other plants within the range from 520 to 571 nm,Typha angustifolia was different from others at 450 nm.The variance analysis showed that Potamogeton pectinatus was greatly different from other species,thus it was easy to distinguish.The distinguishable spectral features laid foundation for interpreting the RS images and classifying the plants images,which greatly improved the precision of interpreting and classifying the aquatic products.
