摘    要:目的]筛选出对蒜蛆高效低毒的杀虫剂。方法]利用浸渍法测定了9种高效低毒药剂及生物药剂对蒜蛆的室内毒力。结果]9种药剂对蒜蛆均有毒杀作用,LD50大小依次为20%氯虫苯甲酰胺>5%氟啶脲>1.8%阿维菌素>6%乙基多杀菌素>5%高效氯氰菊酯>5%丁烯氟虫腈>40%辛硫磷>2%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐>0.3%苦参碱,其中0.3%苦参碱的LD50仅为2.05 mg/L,2%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的LD50要低于现在常用的高效低毒化学药剂辛硫磷。结论]杀虫效果较好的生物药剂有0.3%苦参碱和6%乙基多杀菌素,杀虫效果较好的高效低毒化学药剂主要有2%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、40%辛硫磷和5%丁烯氟虫腈。

Determination of Laboratory Toxicity of Several Insecticides against Delia antique

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to screen out high-efficiency and low-toxicity insecticides against Delia antique.Method] The laboratory toxicity of 9 high-efficiency and low-toxicity insecticides against Delia antique were detemined by using immersion method.Result] All of 9 insecticides had toxic effect on Delia antique,and the LD50 values were in order of 20% chlorantraniliprole > 5% chlorfluazuron > 1.8% avermectins>6% spinetoram>5% beta cypermethrin > 5% butylene fipronil > 40% phoxim > 2% methylamino abamectin benzoate(salt)>0.3% matrine.Among them the LD50 value of 0.3% matrine was only 2.05 mg/L,and the LD50 value of 2% methylamino abamectin benzoate(salt) was lower than that of high-efficiency and low-toxicity phoxim.Conclusion] The chemical insecticides with better toxic effect on Delia antique were 5% butylene fipronil,40% phoximm and 2% methylamino abamectin benzoate(salt),and the biological pesticides with high toxic effect on Delia antique were 0.3% matrine and 6% spinetoram.
