转Bt基因抗虫棉的筛选和抗性鉴定

摘    要:2000~2002年采用卡那霉素叶片涂抹法和室内饲喂生物测定法筛选和鉴定转Bt基因棉原始群系"20-1"2代,对单株进行了抗虫性鉴定和抗性级别评价.在供试的321株材料中,筛选出特高抗棉株22株,高抗棉株19株,并将这些棉株的自交铃种子种成株行,进行了纯合株系(抗性基因纯合)的筛选,筛选出特高抗8个株行,高抗10个株行,可进行进一步的转Bt基因棉的品种选育.

Abstract:The bioassay with larvae of bollworm were used to identify and screen the resistance of Bt-transgenic cotton original group "20-1"to insects.22 top-high resistant plants and 19 high resistant plants were screened among 321 original plants.The seeds of the same plant were planted in line.8 top-high resistant lines and 10 high resistant lines were screened.
